Epoxy resin flooring is one of the most versatile and durable floor systems available. A two-part coating — epoxy resin combined with a hardener — is mixed on-site and applied directly to a prepared concrete substrate. The result is a seamless, non-porous surface that is exceptionally hard-wearing, chemical-resistant, and easy to clean.
PMC installs high-build epoxy systems that create a protective film of 250–500 microns depending on specification. Whether you need a high-gloss showroom finish, a solid industrial colour, or a metallic effect, epoxy can be formulated to suit. Anti-slip aggregates are added where required at no significant extra cost.
Every installation begins with thorough surface preparation — diamond grinding to open the concrete profile, moisture testing, crack and joint repair, and a compatible primer coat.
