Self-levelling screed is a pourable floor compound used to smooth and level an existing floor before resin, tiles or wood flooring is installed. The existing surface needs to be assessed and prepared before application.
PMC installs cementitious and anhydrite (calcium sulphate) screeds. We select the screed around the building, moisture conditions, final floor finish and any underfloor heating.
We assess the existing floor, prepare and prime it, then apply the screed to the specified depth. Drying time and moisture levels must be checked before the final floor covering is laid. We'll explain the sequence and timing in your quote.
