Industrial resin flooring has to perform under conditions that would destroy ordinary surfaces — constant forklift traffic, dropped loads, chemical spills, and the pressure of keeping a facility operational throughout installation. PMC installs large-format industrial floor systems designed for exactly these environments, working nights and weekends where required to minimise disruption.
We install epoxy and polyurethane systems specified for industrial use, including high-build coatings, self-smoothing floors, and screed-build systems up to 9mm thick. Forklift-rated floors typically require a minimum 300-micron epoxy coating over properly prepared concrete; for heavier loads or chemical exposure, a full screed-build PU system is the right specification.
Line marking, colour zoning for pedestrian and vehicle separation, anti-slip areas in loading bays, and bay numbering are all within scope. We work in phases to keep your operation running, and every project is surveyed and specified before work begins so there are no surprises on cost or programme.
