Industrial resin floors need to suit vehicle traffic, loads, spills and cleaning routines. PMC installs epoxy and polyurethane floors for warehouses, factories and workshops, with phased work where the site needs to remain operational.
We survey the existing concrete and discuss how the floor is used before specifying the coating or screed system. Thickness, chemical resistance and curing times depend on that specification.
Line marking, colour zones, anti-slip areas and bay numbering can be included. We agree the work programme before installation, including access and the time needed before each area can return to use.
