Polyurethane (PU) flooring is used in commercial kitchens, food production and industrial spaces where floors face heat, impact or chemical exposure. The required resistance depends on the product and the installation specification.
PMC installs water-based and solvent-free PU systems, including cementitious polyurethane for food and drink facilities. We specify the thickness and finish around the traffic, temperatures and cleaning methods in your building.
We mechanically prepare the existing floor, carry out repairs and apply damp-proofing and primer where needed. Anti-slip grit can be added to the resin to provide a textured finish. We select the grit and texture around wet conditions, cleaning and how the floor is used. Colour matching and line marking are also available.
